Eclipse:Bug:TeamSyncUpdate

When performing an "Team -> Synchronize" and then an "Update" from the root of the project (top-level - in the team synchronize perspective) - I am experiencing an Eclipse crash:

This doesn't happen for all projects, but I have noticed that it is happening for one of my larger projects. I'm not sure if there's just more stuff that it can break on - or if the size of the project has anything to do with this problem. Just to note it; the number of incoming files was 381, when this problem happened. I can also repeast this every time.
Since the problem is repeatable, I started off with a new .log file and after the crash happened; here's the full contents of the .log file for the workspace:
